This is a big thank you and a huge recommendation to all present and future customers of Caveman Fence. There we were on the day after Christmas 2009, when all our family and guests are ready to leave for their homes elsewhere. Our main solar powered gate will not open. I called our Fence company who installed our solar gate system , only to be told to leave a message and they would get back to us. I called some others and the response was very similar. Finally after a half dozen other calls I called, and talked to Alan at Caveman Fence. He told us that even though he didn’t install our Solar powered system or the fence that he would be out within the hour and help us with our problem… On the day after Christmas , and a Saturday afternoon no less. As Promised Alan showed up , and within half an hour Alan had the gate up and working again. Going the extra mile with the customer service and satisfaction appears to be what Caveman Fence is all about. After many years of running my own business in Southern Oregon , it is very refreshing to find a business person willing to promise ,
1) A time when they will be there, and be early
2) Also fix the problem in a timely manner
3) Provide friendly and informative services to someone who had purchased their system from one of his competitors.

Competitors who still have not returned our call. Alan, when anyone ever asks or needs a recommendation as far as any fencing needs in the future Caveman Fence will be our #1 choice. As far as any of our family goes , our business will be with Caveman Fence from here on. Thanks again and , Have a Happy New Year !!
